Sorry but my experience was terrible. Im in CA.USA & I even paid $74.55 for express delivery. LPG told me Royal Mail only picks up their packages on fridays so I placed my order actually on Aug. 31,2024 pd in full but according to LPG it was placed on Sept.3,2024 which also said neworder. I emailed them to get my tracking number & was told they do not have it that Royal Mail would have it but they only pick up on fridays which would be Sept.6,2024. So every day Ive been trying royal mail, Dhl, USPS, UPS, even FedEx and even used the Order number and no one could find my package nor could it be tracked=no tracking number. Even gave each postal serving the address from which it was being sent LPG Clinics Wholesales. Now its Thursaday Sept. 13 2024 & at 5:45pm my regular post man who delivers our mail to our designated postroom in the middle of our huge apt. community gated he came up to my apt. door and followed the delivery instructions also he lnows what i look like from past door deliveries. So I basically paid extra for bad service. It was not express mail. There is no return slips no return nothing for me to use incase i wanted to return it. It was mailed in a white box with three pieces of reg. tape. ontop in black sharpie pen was my name and address. No sender info. like normally. no stamped international express mail, its very unprofessionally packaged and no security tape. Not even in a sealed envelope by the mail service. All the mailing international services would use their packaging like dhl uses their plasticbag envelopes ect. When I order from China & Korea & only pay reg. fees my packaged order is in my hands by 3 sometimes 4-5 days after ordering. And tracking number given at time order is pd. for. Now all vials are brownish in colir not clear with clear liquid Aqalyx fat dissolving injections. Does not look like the same product I pd for. And no instructions nor kabels sent for returning it. Also no documents on the product, no directions not even English directions on the box the product is in. Only writtings in English is the name of product. I cant even get the logistics on the package.According to royal mail on the 12 of Sept.2024 it was at the international depot not lax dhl nor usps lax mail services like i was told it would be delivered to me by. My regular postal service delivered my international express mail. Everything I was told was by LPG Clinics Wholesale was a LIE/FALSE/Untrue. Service was zero no service. I was sent the same email message i had received on Sept 1,2024 & sept.3,2024by LPG 7+ times . NOW Im scared to use the product since the packaging looks bad and even shows some kind of a label torn off it. Ive had packages intercepted by soneone before and after paying $74.55 for secured express mailing I hoped the service would be better than domestic mailing and it was not. Im by far a satisfied individual buyer/customer. 10vials brownish not clear. Fat dissolving injections . very sad
