In my first appointment, I sat down to look at wedding bands and was treated very well. I didn't feel pressured, and I felt comfortable asking to see all kinds of rings without making anyone go out of their way. I returned during a trunk show to purchase the ring I had previously selected. It was very busy, but I was taken well care of. There was a bit of confusion about which ring I had selected, and it took some time to get it straightened out. Although things went smoothly and I got my ring and a good deal, I felt as though no one had enough time to sit back down with me and complete the transaction given the big event that was happening.
