I'm a volunteer for a church in the Boston area. We have bought two AV systems from Focused Technology -- the second one after the excellent experience we had with the first one. We stumbled across FT while looking for a projector for the first system. They gave us some good advice and beat Sweetwater's price not only on the projector but on the motorized screen, mixer, and amplifier as well. The second system was for a huge room, involving a laser 8,000 Lumen projector and 193" diagonal measure screen. FT was able to guide us to the right equipment for this demanding application. We definitely recommend FT to others and will consult them again for any future needs.

I ordered an item that was backordered at every store I checked. I called to ask when they would get it in and was told "next week", which was the best answer I had gotten from any store. About 15 minutes later, I received an email asking if I had accidentally ordered the wrong item and I had. The sales team went above and beyond to check on my order and not simply give me a quick answer and move on. Thanks for helping me out of my own mistake!
