Very efficient responses to emails and queries and the final autograph book was delivered on time as promised. The quality of the book was very good and I'm sure the recipient will be well pleased.

For thesis/dissertations, the website upload is confusing and it's difficult to know that you've ordered exactly what is required for your submission criteria. I gave up using the website as I wasn't happy and phoned them instead. Over the phone and email everyone was very helpful and attentive and I was able to get exactly what I needed.
