I was the victim of possible fraud and theft by the store
Shisha Gear. I made a purchase on 05/14/2024 #SG36842 and so far they have not sent my product. They gave me several meaningless excuses, asked for my ID, I even had to share my passport with them and I felt like a victim of Prejudice for being a foreigner. They received the purchase price on the same day and refuse to send my product. And now they don't answer me anymore.
I need help but they refuse to help me. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Did not receive delivery despite waiting in all day. Shishagear advised it was returned to them and i would have to repay postage to resend the parcel back out to me! Asked for a refund for full payment back.. still waiting for refund.
Awful customer service response. Will not be ordering with them again!

I ordered online and it’s been a while no updated. I tried to text them in the mail and website direct message and Instagram and WhatsApp I call all the numbers but they never answer. I’m still not sure if I will get my order.
