From the first contact i received a friendly, helpful and prompt service. 2 Years later i rang again having changed our camper and still received the same service and they remembered me and gave me a discount for a repeat customer.

I know those great, high quality devices as using (or used to use) them at other cars (all previous ones installed in Europe). I'd like to focus on service, then as in terms of cars I'm ... pedantic.
Everything done like in theirs promo - seats, steering wheel, floor, etc covered to keep it clean as it was. Once done - vacumed (just in case). Hands and uniform very clean, so there are no dirty stamps or so in my car. Damages - none. Extremely professional approach.

Experience was generally fantastic, really pleased with the instal and Andrej was very accommodating, professional and friendly.
The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of poor communication at the beginning of the ordering process. I wasn't informed when my part came in and had to chase to get an instal slot. A little more communication and it would have all been perfect. Really happy with the end product and quality of instal.

"Bearlock fitting"

One of the lads up from the midlands to the northeast to fit the Bearlock yesterday. Took around an hour.
I was shown how it works and give the keys.

Having researched a number of security options, I decided that the Bear Lock was the best option for my campervan. From first contact, I found the communication with Theft Stop to be excellent and they were very accommodating with arranging an installation date with me.
