Ordered 2 weeks ago on 48 hour delivery. Tracking shows that they finally sent it a week later. Attempts to contact them led to two cut and paste answers blaming it on Royal Mail. When they finally deigned to have a human answer me, it quickly became clear that now they've got my money they don't care about doing anything more.
They are, for example, seeking a refund from Royal Mail but apparently not passing it on to me, who actually paid for it.

Edit: despite knowing exactly who I am, they've tried to have this review removed by claiming I'm not actually a customer.
