"Lack of customer service"

My order arrived and the product was excellent but i am missing a shutter and now no one is answering my email's or calls. Disappointing service from what i thought was a good company. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get in touch with them. Be careful people

Great shutters at a really good price as long as you are prepared to wait as they are made to order and shipped from China. They do take a while to arrive.

Perhaps the only criticism I could make is that as the order process is so long perhaps some progress emails might be good, especially around delivery time.

I've got 3 more windows to buy shutters 4 and I will definitely look at Woodenshuttersdirect to supply.
