"Won't meet my IHD"

To meet my IHD, I selected 2-day shipping when checking out, but it reverted back to ground which is 3-days and now we won't get these by the date we needed them. I immediatly sent a text message to Ray to see if he could change it for me or to confirm if ground would only take 2-days, but got no reply.
