Absolutely fantastic customer service every time. I visited the Cheddar store with a friend who wanted to purchase some new kit. Whilst I was there with him tried on a few helmets myself. Whilst chatting to one of the Helmet city team (Dean) re. Buying another Shark helmet he immediately told me Shark helmets were not particularly suitable for my head shape. He recommended another brand and it was a perfect fit. I visited yesterday with the intention of buying a new helmet, instead Dean made a few internal adjustments to my current helmet by adding some small pieces of extra foam which improved the fit no end. I still have at least another season in my current helmet but I will go back and purchase from Helmet City Cheddar, they didn't lose a sale yesterday, they just delayed it. The level of service delivered has ensured I will go back and also recommend them 100%. What a refreshing change it is to receive such a fantastic level of service and amazing advice. Well done!
