As first time buyers we weren't quite sure on the level of survey we needed but Paul was very honest in recommending an appropriate level and encouraging us to do our research with zero pressure to choose him as our surveyor. We found the whole process very efficient and competitively priced. Paul was available to advise on the survey required for the type of property we were puchasing. The report was comprehensive and showed defects on the roof which could only have been detected by means of a drone rather than binoculars from ground level. He was very generous with his time and willing to discuss in detail the points raised in the report. We would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.
