Disappointed to order on a Friday and still not have my goods a week later.
Claim courier attempted delivery but this cannot be the case as we were home at the time and have a doorbell camera.
Not only this but charge more than the item for postage then drop ship! I'm now left chasing for a part I needed for a job today and earliest I can get it is Monday
Disgusting.

I have no problem paying for postage however expect a better delivery service!
Most couriers would leave a package costing less than £10 and not expect someone to be in to sign for it!
