I filled out a enquiry form online and had a call back from a lovely man called Jack Cronin. He was so helpful, understanding and didn’t patronise me or make me feel bad about my situation one bit. I suffer from anxiety so this was a huge step for me to take and he made it so easy! Everything was explained in a lot of detail and nothing was too much trouble.
