"Have not refunded me"

I canceled my order within the same hour I placed it. Simply changed my mind. However, I was told I can expect a full refund within 10 business days, and I am still waiting three weeks later with no response from Auraline.

I've called all last week , I actually spoke with Jichelle on where's my order along with other inquiries, I've continue to call as well as I've left voice messages. I've a customer of many years and I've never had this experience. Please respond.

"First and last purchase "

I have not received my products yet but I’ll never order from here again. I placed an order on December 5th. Heard nothing for the next 2 weeks. I sent messages on the website, Facebook, instagram and called. I finally spoke with someone on Monday the 23rd to cancel my order and was told they would call me back. The order finally shipped that same day, I’m sure as an attempt to keep me from canceling. Very unfortunate that customer service is lacking.

"Terrible decision "

I have not received my product yet I order the sample kit 3 weeks ago, I only picked this company because it’s advertised that they manufacture within the United States after reading other reviews I see that is not the case I am extremely dissatisfied and I want a refund I could of selected another company. The communication when your starting up is good but when your following up there is no response, I sent emails and now I’m waiting for a call to most likely be told the samples are still being made cause it’s a pre order. Never again you have made my experience stepping into the beauty industry terrible
