Really good customer service - constatntly stayed in touch. The product was properly wrapped and delivered on time. The only feedback I would blgive is to double check the corners of the cut product and ensure they are not damaged. Fortunately, it was a big thing for us as we knew what to do. They will definitely get my future orders though as they do listen.

The driver had a puncture on the day of the delivery and kept me updated on an estimated delivery time. Delivery arrived after 6pm at night, he left in the garage for us and notified me when he had done it so that I could return and secure the wood.

Easy to order and had plenty of communication, I put comments about the building closing at 5 which was overlooked, and the goods left outside the front door.
The product was great and cut perfectly to size.
