I have been buying Oud Oil from LR Arabian Oud Fragrances since they had their unit in Dudley. I have bought in person, when I have received excellent
customer service and I have also purchased on line, for friends and family birthdays/ anniversaries, and the shipping has been absolutely prompt.
Last week I visited their new place in Cornbow Shopping Centre, and again I was not disappointed. I had to wait a few minutes as the place was quite busy. Eventually I was served by Alym, the owner.I explained to him that I had a scent in mind as I like strong smells and wanted something unique. Alym suggested that he could create a cocktail of blended oils, and he used Sccorpio, Mayfair and Diamonds scents to create a unique concoction for me. I felt like a royalty! Alym had so much patience and he is extremly knowledgeable about his products. When I wore the scent to a wedding reception, I cannot put in words the comments I got! One of the wedding guests took the the contact details as she was looking to order 500 wedding favours with Angel fragrance oud oil for her daughter's wedding in November!! It's good to know LR specialises in favours for weddings, anniversaries, milestone birthdays for adults and children ( princess/ prince parties) too. Thank you Alym, for excellent affordable prices but most of all your amazing customer service both in person and online. I have already created a list of Christmas presents, oud oil gift packs, for my friends and family which I can purchase online and not in person to avoid crowded Christmas shoppers and with current online offers, it will not break my bank! In addition, I have ordered 25 favours for my god daughter's 16th milestone Princess birthday party for March 2025 as the products are free from alchohol and pure scents, so safe to use for any age group.
