I have just had the pleasure of a second purchase from The Audiobarn.
The service I received was second to none.
Jack knew just what I needed and did everything he could to facilitate my purchase.
Ben went out of his way to perform a perfect demonstration of the equipment I went on to buy. There was no pressure to buy and no time pressure on the demonstration.
An absolute pleasure to deal with.
I do not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody. For any future hifi purchases, the Audiobarn will always be my first stop.

Staff and listening/demo facilities are top class. They had all the top headphones in stock when I arrived and I chose Diana TCs. They're based in a nice quiet scenic location too! Thanks for the great experience.

I just made my first purchase from The Audiobarn and felt that I had to write a glowing review. I had a lengthy demo last week which was fantastic as I was easily able to directly compare my existing product with the one I was interested in. They just left me to it and gave me all the time needed to decide. Today I collected my new record deck and delivered my old one.
Jack and Graeme are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will certainly be going back there for my next upgrade.

I have bought several items from The Audiobarn over the past two years. Jack, the owner and manager, cannot do enough for the customer and has delivered equipment for me to demo in my own house several times. Nothing is too much trouble for Jack. The products they sell are all fantastic quality and I could not be happier with their service. They have a beautifully clean and spacious showroom and they cannot do enough to make you feel welcome. Absolutely recommended - you won't find a better company or service anywhere.

I had an itch to try something different, coming from Wilson Audio, and within a couple of weeks I ended up fully Magico-ed. The transition was smooth and painless and the whole experience faultless.

Jack and Steve were brilliant. Very knowledgeable in relaxed surroundings. Gave me very fair trade in for my old Naim kit and bought preowned SN2 at a very good price and a new ND5SX2. Great.

"Awesome Audiobarn"

What a great bloke Jack is. I bought a Rega Planar 2, 8 weeks ago from another retailer, Realised I should have got the Planar 3 a couple of emails he can trade in my p2 for a p3 at a more than fair price.
When I went to collect and drop off the turntables I was met with an extremly pleasant guy who really knew his stuff. He showed me upstairs and we chatted some more. I went in fear that because my hifi isn't top end like what's waiting for you at the Audiobarn I thought there might be some hifi snobbery. Fear not he was complimentary over my hifi and put me at ease. There was another guy upstairs making cables for Jack, never got his name, but he was wonderful too.
Its location is fantastic too. On some very nice units on farm land just off the main roads. Easy to get to easy to park.
Will be going back when my mortgage is finished to plunder some great hifi!

"This was my first experience with…"

This was my first experience with Audiobarn, and it was a fair old distance for me to get to. But the guy there (Jack) is just a fantastic guy to deal with. I picked up a Niam system and traded in my Marantz system, and he did me a great price, and talked me through every step of the process, for upgrading and what to expect. If you look at all other reviews online for Audiobarn, nobody has a bad word to say about the place, and there is a reason for this...exceptional service, and my next bit of gear, will most certainly involved a (very long) trek, to go see him
