The Nuna Pipa car seat in Birch came quickly and well packaged. The Birch color was sold out at many other retailers, so I’m glad I checked here. We are looking forward to using our new seat when baby arrives in September!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase. I brought two items for an aunt's children. The products arrived in good condition and very quickly. I also enjoyed the customer support which responded very quickly and addressed any issues I had very effectively. However my only complaint is that the website itself is actually fairly hard to navigate around and is not very consumer-friendly, I would recommend adding a few features like shipping number tracking and tweaking the overall website navigation but overall I enjoyed my experience.
