Amy by far exceeded my expectations! When I called I wasn't sure I was going to order anything. I asked a few questions and Amy quickly identified the item I was looking for and answered all of my questions. I asked if I could place the order with her and I was pleasantly surprised that I could as so many places do not want to provide voice to voice interaction. When she said she would take my order I was elated! Amy made it easy and for that I am grateful. I'll definitely be ordering from Pishposh Baby again!

"Website needs updating on products"
Ordered an item from Peg Perego in a specific color. Over a week passed with no updates on shipment. Only after I reached out twice did Pish Posh realize (or learn) that the item was discontinued and never shipped out. Pish Posh needs to do a better job at updating its website to include accurate and updated information on products it sells. It would also help if they kept up with shipping times as well (website states between 5-7 days) but they obviously are not monitoring the timeliness of shipments.

The purchase process was normal and the item delivered on time. However, we decided to go with another product.
Thus, we had to return our large item.
It should be noted Pish posh baby DOES NOT PAY for the shipping return fees.
We had to pay for the cost of the car seat to be shipped back for return. The shipping fees alone cost 25% of the entire purchase price.
This is the first website that did NOT pay for shipping return fees in our experience.
Thus, we took a 25% loss by returning the product.
In the future, we will not be ordering from this website because we would assume shipping return fees.
