Since dealing with Verona Group to get our wall & floor tiles, it has been nothing but straightforward. I order the tiles and they are delivered on time and protected from adverse weather really well.

Verona are such a great company to deal with, everything runs very smoothly from start to finish. When we place an order it's dealt with immediately, as are any queries, so we don't have to wait and wonder what is happening. The deliveries run well, and all paperwork is kept up to date, we know where we are up to at all times and their efficiency saves us so much time! In particular we deal with Ellie, Leanne, Harry, Amber and Natalie in sales, and Gareth and Dominic on the accounts side of things. Whenever I email or call I receive an immediate response which makes a huge difference to the running of our business. Well done everyone, keep doing what you're doing!

These guys are amazing. At a time when a large tiling retail/commercial outfit were struggling to meet our demands Verona came to the rescue. These are now my one stop shop. I have never had a problem with delivery dates ( next day if ordered before 12 ) tiles arrived well packaged and not just thrown onto a pallet as previous suppliers were doing with numerous damages.
I can't thank Ellie from sales support enough.
