The administrators were easy to speak to on the phone and quickly responded to emails. The instructor, Adiela Krijksman, was excellent - she was engaging, professional, and explained things effectively. The reason for four stars is the learning material emailed out: it would be better if it were more clear what all the files were and what they were for - for example, it wasn't clear which files were for reference/the lesson and which were for us to edit as assignments; there was a summary of assignments document but it didn't include a check list or number the assignments to make it easy to see if you have the right number of files to submit.
