From the first meeting with Stuart Wright I knew I was in good hands. The package itself was considerably better than the two competitors' however, it was Stuart's no-nonsense approach, facts and figures at the ready, sound advice without "buttering-me-up" all contributed to Vickery being a "no brainer".
The sign was up before you could say "Jack Robinson" and the first viewer was on the doorstep with 48 hours. The house sold in a fortnight.
Subsequently, the whole team in Lightwater have made a stressful experience really quite bearable. Always keeping in touch, flexible, friendly and good fun too.

The service we received was great however with a few tweaks the services would have been perfect! We were given conflicting information about who had been living in the property beforehand, which wasn't an issue for us just a bit confusing! However their process was very quick and were able to help us a get deal as this was our first house purchase. They were always availble to call if needed, always answered our questions or got back to us with the relevant answers and were very accommodating to us viewing the property multiple times before purchase.
