From the moment I spoke to niamh in the office I knew we were in good hands. We needed a stair lift fitted ASAP. Niamh recommended a reconditioned one to match our budget. As it was a Thursday of a bank holl week end it was still fitted super fast as we are in wexford I thought it would take longer. The fitting was super fast and no mess. Everything went very smoothly from order to fitting. I would highly recommend this company if you or a member of your family need a stair lift.

When Ricki arrived to do the repair he went to great efforts to ensure everything was working properly, and that the lift that had been installed by someone else was positioned correctly. As well as taking pride in their work and being reliable, they are very pleasant people to deal with, which is important when you are inviting someone into your home.

Just got a stairlift installed for my dad. My dad had a sudden stroke before christmas and has lost alot his mobility. The bathroom is located upstairs at my parents home and we decided that a stairlift would help my dad. Ricky from modern mobility was absolutely fantastic from the first phone call.
The service was quick and efficient. Had the stairlift put in yesterday even though it was short notice for him. He went above and beyond. Great communication also. He even sent me a little video of my dad on his first voyage upstairs. Big thumbs up for these guys.
