One piece was missing from the game and even though it was a gift, no questions were asked for proof of purchase - Jane replied immediately and the missing piece arrived the next day.

Fantastic help from Sarah when I found we had lost one item and batteries had damaged their case. I emailed to check whether they could be replaced, got a reply straight away advising me that replacements were in the post - sent first class too.
Absolutely delighted to receive these next day - and no charge, even though the loss and damage were clearly not the fault of ThamesKosmos. If only other companies treated purchasers so well....

I have been enjoying Thames & Kosmos games for a while now, and fortunately have not had any issues requiring me to get in touch with anyone.
That is, until recently. And even then, it was my own fault, and they still helped me out! You see, I lost the logbook (instructions and missions) for The Crew: The Quest for Planet Nine, and so cheekily contacted them via their Instagram account.
Only a couple of days later, an envelope arrived on my doorstep. It was a new logbook, sent to me free of charge!
I've always been impressed by the quality of their games (The Crew, Exit, Adventure Games, etc.), and now am equally impressed by their customer service. Thanks to Nicky and the rest of the team!

I recently had outstanding service from Nicky. One of my game inserts snapped for Bitoku and I was gutted as it is a gorgeous game. I contacted them to see if there was any way to get a replacement (have done this in the past with other companies and never heard back). I was delighted when I heard back from Nicky. They sorted it straight away, posted it Friday and it arrived Saturday (just in time for game group Monday 😃)!

"I recently bought Bitoku after playing…"
I recently bought Bitoku after playing it at the UK games expo and was graced with one of the rarest dice in existence that had the nr 3 on it twice as well as a damaged piece of board.
Initially I made contact via Facebook messenger and was quickly directed in the right direction. A few emails later with Customer Support I am now in possesion of a more common dice and brand new board piece.
It was resolved very quick and was kept up to date through the process. A special thank you to Nicky who posted it all out to me!
This company is a credit to the boardgame industry and shows commitment to their customers by publishing great games and supporting customers afterwards.

What an amazing experience! And a huge thanks to Sarah.
After the storms recently my son's wind turbine took a bit of a battering, one email to customer support and the parts are on their way. It is so rare these days to find a company making great products let alone a company actually supporting its customers and making you feel happy you have dealt with them. All around an amazing company and support team.
Helpful, friendly and I'll quote them here "I like to think how I would like to be treated."
Other companies need to see this and think!
It really makes the whole customer experience a pleasant affair and I will 100% be buying their products again and recommending Thames & Kosmos to friends and family.

Having made a comment on Facebook regarding some misprinted components from Kosmos the person I was responding too got in touch to offer to find the pieces. She did and quickly sent them to us.

I was lucky enough to recently receive one of their games (Anno1800) as a present, which by the way, is excellent.
I did unfortunately discover a piece missing from the punchboard when I opened the box but I contacted their support desk and they really couldn't be more friendly and happy to assist. My query was answered immediately and I had the replacement the very next day. Your help was much appreciated Nicky and it was nice, with various other big name companies deciding this is not a level of service that they wish to pursue anymore, to find a company that does still actually consider their current customers to be part of their future business model.

Great games and a great company to deal with. I had to contact them regarding one of the games, and they responded quickly and friendly. Cannot recommend them enough - and the advent calendar is likely to become an annual purchase our house! Just brilliant.
