Received acknowledge of goods and with in 24 hours had the quoted figure in my bank account. No problems at all. would recommend this professional company to any one.

Terrible customer service. When challenged about their poor lack of customer service they become aggressive and defensive. I cancelled my numerous preorders. I will buy elsewhere. A money driven business of greed. Any business without a monopoly run as such will fail.

Made an offer for a second hand item on their online store it got declined for £2 so they have lost the sale cos have bought someplace else and got more than that off the price wont be offering them any more business in future

Buying new it’s great but second hand needs care ask relevant questions about item first as descriptions can be vague missing problems in condition or running Once purchased only vouchers against next purchase for defective items were offered and has short expiry so never used

Bought a train in Dec 2020. Replaced as faulty in May 2021 item failed again in December. Spoke to shop both in person and to Heather a manager both refused to help and have referred me to manufacturer.
No customer care received after loyal customer for some years. Will not be revisting shop or advising friends to visit and buy. Avoid at all costs

No mention of hardly anything available to view due to showroom remodelling which I can't see mentioned on the site. Totally ignored by staff. Underwhelming, unwelcoming. I'll save my money and visit Marcway.
