My friend and I placed an order for two lehengas and hers was too big and mine too small. On top of that the top to my lehenga is not the same as in the picture and the material and design does not look like quality stuff you would expect after spending so much money. We bought the outfit for my wedding and neither of us can wear them.

Ninecolours is a fraud company , beware people dont purchase anything from here, they are disgusting and they know just how to pick pocket from innocent customers. I am taking actions against this thief business.

"Fake & Defective products"
First of all, the product was bought for a special occasion on 23/06/2018 and the promised product delivery was within 7-12 business days but as visible it took 21 days, providing no scope for further adjustments. The product was a "standard stiched" with additional charge of ₹1 only, with measurements provided by our side; though they also provide a perfect fitting with additional charge of ₹800. The measurements as provided were higher than what a 'perfect fit' would demand, so that the same further fitting adjustments could be done by our side. The product costed ₹2,981 (plus ₹300 which was transferred to the account wallet due to previous order which was not transferred to my bank account even after several mails & calls). The product that got delivered was totally off the standards which were promised through the image & description. The product was totally fake, defective (pictures attached) & also couldn't even be put on (salwar as well as kameez) since they were stiched tighter than the measurements we provided. The kameez has hole and the salwar & dupatta are not at all close to the reference photo. On asking for return and refund as they have an 'Easy returns policy' on four conditions (all of which were fulfilled for the same), they replied saying the hole is in the rear side of the product and would not be visible on the outer side; & also that even if the measurements are wrong, the product cannot be returned since they are stiched; but the returns policy states the contrary. The product is fake as well as wrongly stitched. On top of all that, the customer support declined the return only stating that the product is since stiched, we would have to compromise and adjust with whatever is provided to us. They also asked for more photos via mail and we did the same, still declining return.
