I apologize for not remembering the name of the sales person that I spoke with over the phone, but he was very professional and had great knowledge of the product that I needed with no up-selling as some others try to do. In the age of pinching pennies to save a dime, many companies are going with unskilled sales staff that are just order takers and can't tell you the difference in between a nut and bolt, this company came through with flying colors.
