I have used this company a couple of times and I have found them to be reliable, reasonably priced and efficient when they are doing the fitting. I shall certainly be using them again as they are now the 'go to' carpet shop for our family.

They were super friendly and a pleasure to coordinate with, I had to get the carpets put in quickly on the floors and stairs and they had done it in the time that I had asked it for. This is a wonderful company and i would be delighted to be able to work this company again!

from the initial phone call, the on site consultation with no pressure to buy to the fitting. everything was smooth and so much better than expected
the fitters would wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. they left everything clean and tidy before they left

Great service and customer support afterwards. The carpet I ordered was delivered and fitted quickly and to a very good standard. A small issue with one carpet was speedily resolved. I will certainly use again.

As soon as I walked in I was approach by Sadaq asking if I needed help. Choosing the right carpet was hard but with the help of the staff and the service that was provided I was able to choose. The prices was really good compared to other companies and the fitting was all completed within one day! Couldn’t have asked for a better service!
