Being new to private healthcare and plastic surgery I was nervous and unsure about what to expect. From the moment I booked my appointment I felt welcomed and all my nerves were put to ease straight away. I was given the time to explain my history and the reasons behind wanting my surgery, everything was explained clearly and in a language I could understand.
