I can’t thank the developers of Bring Fido enough for helping me navigate a 2,300 mile journey by myself with two large dogs. The accommodations were almost always as described and fairly reviewed. We also had a mistake on a booking where I entered the incorrect date booking out a room late at night after an exhausting 580 miles. After sending an email to the site, I received a response early the next morning letting me know they had contacted the hotel and were working out the problem. Later in the day, “Samantha” called from Bring Fido to let me know the charges had been applied to the correct night and I was all set. Truly great and personal service and the opposite of what we’ve experienced at other booking services.
