Main issue is customer support, no response to customer calls

previously it was shown that the clat pg 2026 course will be live from today I.e 1jan 2025 that's why I had made subscription fees about 13999 In hope that course will go live today.. but there is no classes at all and also I had made call in their number on their working hours but no one received... what's going on.. I also message them but no response.. I had made payment is it fraud.. what is this..
