Super quick delivery. Orbital sander arrived used it a bit to test it out. seems really good value for the price. Time will tell when I put it to work.

"Non-existent support"

No response to an enquiry for repair parts for a chainsaw. Have tried the online form, email, phone and facebook. So I am left with a faulty saw and no support to effect a repair.
Apart from the frustration at my experience I am really doubting the validity of all the 5* reviews.

Update 2/11/21: David has been in contact and supplied the washers needed to repair the chainsaw. Rating amended to reflect the support provided after the initial absence.
