"Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt…"

Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Lost me over £500 due to their incompetence. The property ombudsman ruled in my favour and ordered them to pay me costs at which point Ami Hayward decided to dissolve that part of the company to get out of paying her many creditors. Rotten, dishonest and lacks integrity. Also says a lot about a company when they have to get their employees to leave a 5 star review on Trustpilot eh Mario?

"Terrible time wasters"

Terribly slow at dealing with any problems on the property we rent. Have reported a boiler fault more times than I can count since September 2019, still not fixed as the boiler keeps breaking.

If I ever was a landlord I’d NEVER use this agency. Terrible. Just terrible. Wish there was an option for no stars!

Abel of Hertford - amazingly good estate agents.
I used Abel of Hertford to sell my house on the Foxholes development in October 2018 having wasted 5 months with one of the large corporate agents in the area. It was such a revelation to engage with an organisation that seemed actually focussed on selling the house - which they did within 4 weeks - if only I had engaged with them from the start! It was so reassuring to get on board with this company who had a fresh and innovative approach to the sale from the beginning underpinned by an astonishing breadth and depth of knowledge. At whatever level I engaged with Abel throughout the process I was met with the same level of consideration, competence and professionalism - Abel turned a potential nightmare into what might almost be described as a pleasant experience!
