"What is going on with your company"

What is going on with your company - this is not what I ordered - I get a painted canvas rolled up on a box - I paid $409+ and I have to get it on a wood frame to hang which will cost me another $200 - I am so disappointed - I had to wait 2 months for this thing and now a longer wait to get it on something I can hang

"Avoid This Company – Dishonest and Refuses Refunds"

I ordered a custom painting from ArtIsBetter.com, and what I received was defective—it had a clear flaw that was present before shipping. The company’s own pre-shipment photos confirmed this defect, yet they repeatedly tried to shift blame and avoid taking responsibility.

After weeks of back-and-forth emails, they continued to delay my refund despite their own written confirmation that I was entitled to one. They first tried to push a replacement painting, then suggested I pay to keep the defective one, and even demanded that I damage the painting before they would issue a refund—a ridiculous and unethical request.

I provided all required proof, including photos showing the defect. Despite their claims of "handling it," I still have not received my refund. This company is engaging in deceptive business practices and is not to be trusted.

If you are considering purchasing from ArtIsBetter.com, save yourself the frustration and avoid them at all costs. They do not honor their policies and will do everything they can to withhold your money. I am now pursuing a chargeback with my bank due to their dishonesty.

Buyer beware! If you value your money and time, do not order from this company.

"Buyer Beware!"

Beware. I got hit with a $100 import fee upon delivery. I was not aware these were being shipped from China as I saw a US address for this business. The frame arrived with one crack at the top which I am not going to attempt to deal with, I can live with it. I would not do business here again unfortunately.
