If you are thinking about trying CBD oil just do it. This stuff is amazing, like you I was sceptical and nervous about any side effects but the only effect it had was it took my joint pain away after 3 days. I suffer from arthritis in my hips, knees and ankles and I honestly can't express enough how CBD oil has helped. I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression for over 25 years, having tried everything from antidepressants to hypnosis and nothing worked for me. I noticed a difference more or less straight away, I slept better that same evening, and started feeling less and less anxious On a daily basis.
