"Subpar service and products"
I am a seasoned Mac repair specialist with over 20 years of experience, and I stopped purchasing from this company a couple of years ago due to consistently poor service and subpar product quality. At the time, I frequently bought MacBook screens from them but had to seek alternative suppliers.
Recently, I reluctantly placed an order for a specific part needed for a customer during the holiday period, opting and paying for Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure timely receipt. However, the company unilaterally decided to send the delivery via an alternative method, which does not meet my needs.
When I contacted their team to resolve the issue, the person who answered the phone was notably unhelpful, further reinforcing my previous concerns about their service.
It was a mistake to assume their standards might have improved. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against giving this company your business. Additionally, be aware that they also operate under the name ZONALEE LTD. I will be cautioning my clients to steer clear of this supplier.

Emailed Sean about a replacement lcd screen as I wasn’t sure what screen I needed, replied promptly with exactly the right screen, reasonably priced and arrived within 4 days. I’d certainly use again. Thanks

"Avoid buying screens"
I have been in the Gold Coast for a week since Tuesday 8th August 2023 until Tuesday 15th August 2023 and this afternoon I just found out that I just received the screen, which had been cracked on the top and on the side so I would like a refund? On Friday 18th August 2023 I took photos of the front and back of the monitor and of the parcel for the courier and I sent them to you.

I’ve had nothing but a good experience! They handle any issues properly and when my screen arrived the wrong colour, the communication was good and a new one sent out next day. Sayed was helpful and every member of staff I spoke to wanted to help. Will use them constantly from now on.

"Cheaper then others, but in more ways than one"
Shocking customer service. I spoke to guys called "SYED". If this company records it's calls, and if they have any doubt about my experience, I give you permission to publish the call online. It would be good training for your team and other people in terms of HOW NOT TO DO customer service.
All I needed was a simple answer, like "we respond customer enquiries with x days/hours". Instead, he was all defensive and aggressive. I am pleading you to publish the call recording if you have any doubt.
One simple answer would have turned a 5 minutes call into a 30 second call.
So, the story is they sent me a faulty part which cost about £310. I called Friday and spoke to SYED at LCD4LAPTOP. He may be the business owner, because I would be shocked if I would put someone like that on the phones. I know they also sell on eBay. Anyway, so after my call on Friday, I spent more time testing the part, and now I was 110% sure it was faulty. I even got another person to look at it. So, I sent an email on Friday. The thing is most PROFESSIONAL businesses have an acknowledgment or a ticketing system. The email I sent was not acknowledged and no ticket was created. I don't even know if they received it. Anyway, I phoned to follow up on that email. His response is we have customers before you. Yes, I get that, so does every other business. All you had to say is "we have received your email, and we will respond to your enquiries after x hours/days." I used to train people in customer service, so I was trying to be helpful, and I told him this is what he should be saying to me...
I was going to return this one and buy another from them. But now all I want is refund. The thing is they were not arguing against a refund (14 day period) so it should have been an easy to call for them. So, I cannot understand the attitude. PLEASE PLAY THE CALL.
Anyway, no empathy, no apology, but pure arrogance.
I do take SOME OF THE BLAME, because I chose them because they were the cheapest. Based on the other reviews here, and the fact they still exist with this level of customer service, it means there is a lesson here for me and all the other people who decide on some purchases purely on price.

Rang to confirm the screen on their website was the right one and if they could offer any discount, took 4 hours to call back and then they said the screen had gone up 30% since my enquiry, I refreshed my webpage and sure enough they had increased the price. When I queried this they were rude and unhelpful.

Overall Ha the knowledge. But is a company that is drop shipping from China and customer services is rubbish. Order arrived damaged after nearly two weeks of waiting.

"Happy with support and product"
The first screen they shipped was defective, but a new one was shipped. Inspite of some language barriers (on phone) and delays, I'm happy with the support and product.
