Haven't had to use it yet, but the customer service was great. All the paperwork was easy to understand.

The Customer Service / sales representative that signed me up was so delightful. She was very patient and wasn't pushy in the least bit. Without any pesky / annoying or persistent call and e-mail follow ups, it allowed me do my research to compare extended warranty policies. What I like most about the policy they sold me was that it was backed / underwritten by a well known insurance provider, Assurion. This gave me the assurances that I would not be given a hard time if I needed to file a claim. In addition, unlike other well known polices; the policy they sold me did not have the outrageous limits of payouts for specific itemized components. The limit, as it should be, was a set total amount ($15,000.00) not broken down per component of the vehicle. This is particularly important for me as I have a BMW and as most imports individual parts can be expensive .
