This was my first visit to Lucid Imaging, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. Denis took the time to really talk to me about my project- what I wanted to convey, what my expectations were, and guided me through selecting the final images. She also showed me a range of paper types and helped me choose the one that would suit my work best.
We edited the pictures together, and she even printed a sample so I could see exactly how the image worked with the chosen paper. It was incredibly helpful and reassuring, especially as someone going through this process for the first time.
Denis also recommended a framer and we spoke about the possibility of printing my photobook. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and her personal approach truly made me feel well looked after. I’m looking forward to working with her again.

Lucid sent me samples of my BW file on 2 different papers. The CIFA Platine paper slightly, but noticeably, outperformed the Hahnemuhle PR though that may only be down to the profiling. In any case these were the best digital prints I've seen for that image. Not as nice as the 1970s Agfa Record Rapid prints from my wet darkroom but those days have gone.
These are really classy prints & beautifully packaged as well.
