They are charging me £480.00 for incorrectly guiding me as I was eligible for ILR but they insisted I put another discretion leave to remain application for 2.5 years. No communication and only wrote one letter as I prepared rest of the case with all the supporting documents. Uploaded docs myself too when went for biometrics. Sorry to say but very poor.
