It is definitely not for kids! For me as an adult It's tiring and I don't even see how this works on me.
You can not use it when you have crisis or really congested chest It's just like a joke.

Air physio has really helped improve my breathing and bringing up of mucus. I had a home physical therapist come to teach me breathing exercises and she was pleased to see I use the Air physio as it does some of her techniques. A good purchase.

I don't see any difference in my breathing. Is there something that I'm doing wrong. I use at least twice a day 10 to 15 blows. If there is anything, I'm supposed to do to make this work please inform me of the right way to use this device.
