I bought several of these for my family and friend that suffers from chronic asthma. My Mom also has long COVID and it’s helping her lungs stay clear and strong. My immediate family uses a it on an as needed basis when we get crud in our chest or a cough. It seems to help very quickly. Very pleased so far.

Been using it regularly per instructions. But have not gotten the results that l was hoping for. Yes, l cough up a lot of flem stuff. But am still very short winded. Really thought that the device would help increase my lung capacity.
Will continue using, even tho it's not producing the results l had hoped for

I like the unique organic design of the air physio device. It does work, but I am apprehensive about using it a lot as I noticed it does trigger past bronchial issues I've had. I think I'll save it for when I need it most. I do other regular cardio physio exercises ( walk and play competitive hockey). I'm going to keep to those cardio lung workouts, for now. I will share the product with others who are looking to strengthen their lungs. It does seem like a valuable airway improvement apparatus.
