"Using the AirPhysio Unit"

I have used the AirPhysio unit for the past two weeks on an every other day basis. Simple to use and the instructions are adequate. I have not seen any change in my breathing but will continue to use this device as I may need to use for a longer period of time.

was weird at first but have gotten used to it. cleaned out alot and with being Asthmatic i have noticed how much easier it is to breathe

It appears that in order to gain the most out of AirPhysio you have to experiment every time you exhale to find the correct speed, volume and tilt of the head in order to feel the vibration you know is getting deep into your chest as every exhaled breath is always different and so is the AirPhysio vibration.
There is no doubt that when I find that sweet spot it does vibrate deep into my chest however, many a time trying to duplicate a previous successful exhale / vibration does not always happen.
It can and does take quite a few breaths to get the bearing to vibrate at the correct pitch with regularity which, when it gets there is worth it, but there are times I am left breathless trying.
I believe in practice makes perfect however, if this is necessary with AirPhysio then it should be mentioned as such.
I will continue using it because I believe it has offered me some relief but not to the degree or speed as has been advertised.
If further developments are in the planning I would still be very interested.

The device is well constructed and easy to use. However I have yet to be able to use it for the recommended five minutes. My lips get numb after about two minutes. I shall continue to use it hoping to increase my lung capacity, after a lobectomy last year.
