"Brilliant service"

Brilliant service, from store to delivery. Wonderful choice and very professional staff there to assist and not pushing for a sale.
I must commend the delivery crew Peter and Lee, they confirmed the prearranged time in advance and delivered our order skillfully maneuvering the high back settee though a difficult entrance with care and consideration and removed all packaging.

My Barker & Stonehouse delivery was planned for today, whilst the storm was at its worst. Other deliveries had been cancelled but not this one and not only was my sofa delivered as scheduled the Guys (Jake/Tony and Paul) didn’t once complain about the weather or the access …not the greatest and doors a little narrow but they persevered with my delivery, placed the sofa exactly where I wanted it (after a little shuffling so it was exactly where I wanted it) and they were a delight to have in my home, respectful offered to remove shoes /cover footwear brought furniture pads to protect my floor and when I thought we might need to give up they found a solution to get the sofa into place…I’m a very happy customer and my sofa looks amazing and exceeded my expectations.
