"I can’t recommend Kaluga caviar"

Alas, bad experience.

Bought different caviar to taste and test. Kaluga caviar had awful taste, I had to throw it away. Too salty, oily structure, looking like caviar of bad quality (and tasting too).

P.S. I have some pictures as proofs if needed. Though they don’t show the taste, but I couldn’t eat that caviar, alas.

Usually everything works well, but last experience is disappointing.
I ordered 4 items of caviar and 1 item- foie gras. A package arrived 2 days later, but 1 item was missing (foie gras), what I reported immediately per email. 1 week later I called the company hotline: a lady indignantly said, that all employees are sick and I have to wait for a reply.
2 week after my complaint- still no reply…
