"Oil Painting Restoration"

We had Alan from The Original Artwork Store to restore an early 19th century painting that has been in our family since it was painted. It had been through the wars and was in a pretty hopeless condition. I didn't think anything could be done for the painting as i was sure it was too far gone. After a talk with Alan he assured us that he could restore the painting back to the way it once looked, he had the painting for about 2 months. I must say we are absolutely delighted with the work Alan has done on our painting, he had to re-line it and replace a lot of lost paint. It is impossible to tell where Alan has painted, it all looks like the original artist work, amazing it really is, i would not hesitate in recommending Alan to anyone we are absolutely delighted
