Excellent customer service, Sarah was great and answered all my questions.
The delivery was spot on.
The roof light looks fantastic. After looking at others offered on the internet I found this to be the best value for money. It's even triple glazed!
Unfortunately I have to wait for my builders to finish the project before I can enjoy it to the full.
From my experience with this company I'd definitely recommend them.

"They are not the cheapest"

They are not the cheapest, the installation instructions for the opening rooflight, and the length of wire for the rain sensor could all be improved, but they bent over backwards to ensure delivery met the timeframe (days) needed by my Builder, and the rooflight is great. Motor noise is minimal on open/close, and my Builder thought the quality of the product was better than anything he had previously used.

Sarah was brilliant from the outset, not at all pushy and wanted to ensure we were 100% happy with our choice. Only downside was that we had called in a week before delivery to get this put back due to delays on our build and expected that we would get a call to let us know if this was going to be an issue. Instead, we got on an early morning delivery on the original delivery date, so had to find somewhere to store it. On that note, be sure they apparently charge for storage if you set a delivery date and then want to push it back. Not a big deal, but better to know this when booking. All in all, am looking forward to buying from them again.

Brilliant roof light really unobtrusive. They are not the cheapest but the quality is evident. Whole process from ordering to delivery and fitting was quick and pretty painless.
