Not a lot of communication From Tanki and delivery Company (Yodel) did not advise it was out for delivery / the delivery date kept changing staff can not read sign on our door so left it on front door step for someone to take

So far so good. I have only just started using Tanki so I am really not able to give a considered opinion. However ask me in a couple of months and I may be in a better position.
We were getting blockages in our system which my husband put done to things which should not have gone down the loo! but it turned out that our toilet paper, quilted variety was to thick. I changed to the cheapest thinnest paper I could get but still had problems. So watch this space.

The product is as describe, but whoever they use to deliver them threw them over our 10 feet garden wall having not got an answer at our door. The cardboard, paper covering and rolls were all wet from the rain. Very disappointing.

Great quality toilet paper, reasonably priced especially on bulk buy, delivered straight to your door.

I love that our plumbing no longer gets blocked as, unlike other loo rolls, the fact that it has no glue holding the sheets together means it disintegrates in the bowl.

Another benefit? No environmental consequences. No glue, no accidentally recycled plastic, more trees planted than cut down.

Never thought I would be this happy about loo roll, but I am a total convert.

I recently ordered the 72 roll pack from Tanki. This is my 3rd order now & won't be using anyone else. Excellent value for money & the toilet paper although only 2ply, is soft, strong & as good as any shop-bought paper. It was super easy to buy online, with a quick & efficient delivery (in 9 roll packs in paper, & all in one cardboard box, so also environmentally friendly). Highly recommend this UK company. I'm pleased to support a local business working to reduce plastic (who knew there was glue in loo rolls?!) We live in a bungalow & think every home should buy Tanki. I recommend it to all my friends & family & regularly share the advert on Facebook. I have bought other brands in the past, but am concerned about the carbon footprint of shipping toilet paper. I know Tanki use sustainable sources for their paper. Thank you for reducing my 'Consumer Guilt' :) 5 star rating given.
