Terrible Company never answer phones, in time I was kept holding sent email in time kept holding on absolutely dreadful. The venue I was to attend offered no parking, so as I hold a disability badge was not an option.
Hoping they actually get my email. They will not be charging me.

So rude, send emails in capitals, given zero time to reply. Not even sent details and chase emails are arriving. Would avoid if i could
In respose to UK Ind Med. I did send an email with a complaint - But still ignored. My advice still stands, if you can avoid then do so
