I just wanted to take the time to tell you what a wonderful asset Derek Conrad is to your company!
He is not only very knowledgeable, but patience and kind which can be rare, now a days, in our fast moving society.
I have bugged him with so many questions and each time I receive the same kindness, time and knowledge.

I have personally been in customer service since 1986 (Hotel/Restaurant Background) so I appreciate someone who goes beyond.
