"South Oxfordshire Crematorium - A perfect end"

This was the first time that my mother, sister and myself have had to arrange a cremation, we had no idea what to do. We contacted Wendy via email and she was brilliant, explaining what steps were required and what needed to be done. She put us in contact with April on-site, who took us through the detailed process and service. Amazingly it all came together perfectly with minimal pressure and involvement from the family. The resultant service was perfect and it exceeded my mothers expectation. We had no funeral director but everything went to schedule. At all times the staff were knowledgeable, respectful and extremely helpful.
